PU Rollers

Hi-Tech Polymer produce PU rollers in a wide variety of hardness’s and formulations in applications from small business machines to large steel production lines. Our precision engineering shop manufactures a huge range of new rollers in a variety of metals, as well as a complete roller refurbishment service.

Roller Grinding

We have comprehensive turning and grinding facilities with over head crane handling.

We can grind to the finest tolerances of finish, diameter, concentricity and circular run out.

Wheels & Tires

Polyurethane wheels, tires, roller track bonded sleeves are produced for specialist applications. They are used in a wide range of machines and industries like wood and bakery machines etc. Our Engineering shop is manned by time served machinists operating milling machines, grinders and standard lathes.

Pipe- Manufacturing, Coating and Transporting

Due to the physical and mechanical properties, namely its abrasion and impact resistance, polyurethane is extensively used to manufacture a variety of products within the mining, quarrying and material handling industries. Products are manufactured with holes, slots and metal inserts incorporated eliminating the need for drilling etc. to be undertaken prior to the product being incorporated.
